Stuffed Ladies Finger / Bharwa Bhindi

Bharwa Bhindi
INGREDIENTS:
Ladies Finger (10-15).
Sattu (2 TBs).
Aamchur powder (1 TBs).
Salt to taste. 
Turmeric powder (1 Tsp).
Red chili powder (1 Tsp).
Cumin powder (1 Tsp).
Aanardana powder (a pinch of).
Asafeotida / Hing (a pinch of).
Oil for cooking (3-4 TBs).
Coriander for garnish. 

PROCEDURE:
In a pan add a 1tsp of oil and as oil is done add hing and saute, now add sattu, aamchur, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, aanardana powder and roast till all ingredients are sauted well, till light golden brown.
Cut the tip and toe of ladies finger and slit it open.
Now add the above prepared stuffing inside the slit opened ladies fingers and keep them aside.
Now heat oil in a pan and as oil is done, simmer the gas mode and add the stuffed ladies finger to them and slowly slowly fry them on all side till golden brown and remove them in a serving plate.
Garnish them with coriander and enjoy it with roti, paratha or poori.
