Jhatpat Corn

INGREDIENTS:
Corn (2 cups).
Salt to taste. 
Black pepper (1 TBs).
Chopped carrot (1).
Green peas (1/2 cup).
Chopped Capsicum (1/2).
Chopped spring onions.
Oil (1 Tsp).
Mayonnaise (1 Tsp).

PROCEDURE:
Heat oil in a pan and add all the ingredients one after one, except mayonnaise, saute, well and as all ingredients are fried well, add mayonnaise, stir well, off the flame and serve.
