Batata Puri / Potato Puri / Aloo Puri

INGREDIENTS:

Boiled Potatoes (4).
Maida (2 cups).
Salt to taste.
Cumin powder (1 TBs).
Ajwain seeds (1 Tsp).
Oil for frying.
Turmeric powder(1 Tsp), Red chili powder (1 Tsp).

PROCEDURE:
In a big vessel add boiled potatoes and mash them well so that no lumps are formed, now add salt, cumin powder, ajwain, turmeric powder, chili powder and little oil and mix well, now add maida and mix well till it forms a neat dough and keep aside in fridge for 15 minutes.
Now remove from fridge, divide it into small small dumplings and now roll them flat on rolling pin with oil.
Heat enough oil in a wok and as oil is done, drop the flattened dumpling and fry them, u will see it bulged and became a brown attractive poori.
Enjoy the pooris with dum aloo, panner or and curry.
Its heavy as each pooris contain potatoes in it
