Arhar dal with Hing

INGREDIENTS:
Arhar dal soaked (2 cups).
Chopped onions (1 cup).
Chopped tomato (1/2 cup).
Hing (1 Tsp).
Cumin seeds (1 Tsp).
Dried red chili (2).
Ghee (2 TBs).

PROCEDURE:
Boil dal and  keep aside.
Heat ghee add dried red chilies, cumin seeds, as they pop up add hing, now add onions and saute them golden brown, now add tomatoes and allow them to cook till oil leaves the walls of pan.
Now add boiled dal and allow it to boil.
As dal is done off the flame. Add some more ghee and our dal is ready to be served.
