Sorshe Rui r Jhaal / Salmon in mustard sauce

INGREDIENTS:
Salmon Fish (4 pieces).

Salt to taste. 
Mustard oil for cooking. 
Mustard grounded to paste along with chili and turmeric (2 TBs).
Turmeric powder (1TBs) 
Red chili powder (1 Tsp).
Kalonji (a pinch of).

PROCEDURE:
Apply salt and a pinch of turmeric to the neatly cleaned fishes and keep aside.
Heat enough oil in a pan and as mustard oil is heated well, it emits smoke, now slowly add fishes and fry them golden brown on both the sides, remove and keep aside.
Now remove excess oil and proceed futher with remaining oil say about 1 TBs.
Add kalonji and saute, now add mustard paste, ginger paste, salt, turmeric, chili powder and saute well, till ingredients get to boil.
Now add little more water and cook in closed, bring the water to boil, add fried fishes, green chilies and allow it to cook in simmer for 3-5 minutes, a beautiful aroma of mustard combined with chili lingers around, and a thick mustard gravy is obtained. Add a TBs of mustard oil and stir up well.
Off the flame and serve it with hot steaming rice. Enjoy the salmon dipped in mustard gravy.
