Chirer Laddu / Beaten Rice Laddu / Chudwa Laddu

INGREDIENTS:
Chudwa / Beaten rice (2 cups).

Desiccated coconut (1 cup).
Cashew nuts powder (3 TBs).
Ghee (1 cup) (Whole may not require).

PROCEDURE:
Roast the beaten rice in open till its well done and allow it to cool, as it cools ground them to powder and keep aside.
In that powder add dried coconut, cashew nuts powder and mix well so that no lumps are formed.
Now heat ghee and add little amount of ghee to the bowl with the help of spoon and prepare dumplings, before it turns cool, because, once the ghee turns cool, it will lose its tightening effcet and laddoos cant be made, so have to give the mixture the laddu shape by adding ghee before ghee cools down.
As the whole mixture is transformed to laddu, serve it and enjoy it.
