Spinach-Fenugreek-Corn / Corn Hariyali

INGREDIENTS:
Spinach finely chopped (1 bunch).
Fenugreek leaves chopped (1 bunch).
Salt to taste.
Sweet corn (1 cup).
Oil (2 TBs).
Whole garam masala  (cinnamon, cardamom, clove 2 each).
Dried Red chili (1-2).

PROCEDURE:
Heat oil in a pan and add whole garam masala and dried red chili and as they pop up, add chopped spinach and fenugreek leaves and salt and fry them till water leaves and as water leaves from leaves, it helps to cook, now fry them till water evaporates, now add soft, sweet corn and cook, add lemon juice and cook.
Cook till whole water evaporates and then off the flame.
Serve it and enjoy.
