2 min Alu-Mattar-Gobi

INGREDIENTS:
Neatly cut cauliflower into small pieces (1 whole big).

Salt to taste. 
Diced potatoes (1 big).
Green peas (1 cup).
Oil for fying about (3 TBs).
Green chilies (2).
Dried red chilies ( 2).

PROCEDURE:
Heat oil about 2 TBs in a non-stick pan and as oil is done add diced washed potatoes and fry them golden brown and keep them aside.
Now add remainig oil and add dried red chili,  fry cauliflower, peas and green chilies to golden brown and as they are fried well, add fried potatoes to it and salt and saute well.
