Lemon-Honey Chicken

Kids will love to has this form of tangy-saucy-honey chicken.

INGREDIENTS: 
Chcken drumsticks (8-10).

Diced onions (1 cup).
DIced capsicum (1/2 cup).
Chopped green chilies slit (2-3).
Honey (2 TBs).
Lemon juice (2-4 TBs).
Salt to taste. 
Tomato sauce (2 TBs).
Chopped spring onions for garnish.
Beaten egg (1).
Corn flour (1/2 cup).
Ginger slits (1 TBs), Ginger paste (1 TBs).
Garlic chopped (1 TBs), Garlic paste (1 Tsp).
Black pepper powder (1 TBs).
Vinegar (1 TBs).
Soy sauce.
Oil

PROCEDURE: 
In a big bowl marinate chicken with black pepper powder, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic paste and ginger paste for 1 hour.
Now make a fine batter of cornflour with egg, salt, soy sauce in a bowl and keep aside.
Heat enough oil for deep frying in a wok, as oil is done, dip the marinated chicken drumsticks in the cornflour batter and fry them golden brown on both sides and remove them on absorbet paper.
Now remove excess oil and leave about 2 TBs of oil for further proceedings.
Add diced onions, capsicum and saute them golden brown, now add ginger, garlic, green chilies and saute them, now add honey, lemon juice, tomato sauce, a tsp of soy sauce, salt and little water(1/2 cup), allow it to boil, as water boils add fried chicken drumsticks and saute well, till whole ingredients mixes up.
Off the flame, garnish with finely chopped spring onions and enjoy it as starter.
Kids will love it.
