INGREDIENTS:
Bread slices (8-10), remove the crust.
Spinach finely chopped (1 cup).
Besan (1/2 cup).
Curd (2 TBs).
Chili powder (1 Tsp), Salt to taste.
Sesame seeds (2 TBs).
Rice flour (2 TBs).
Oil for frying.
PROCEDURE:
In a big bowl mix all the ingredients a mash them properly and refrigerate them for 15 minutes and keep aside.
Now make small dumplings with finger tips and fry them on pan with little oil on both sides and remove them on absorbent paper and serve as tiffins for kids and be sure tiffin box will return empty...due self experience.
