1.Spicy Carrot Salad:

Spicy Carrot Salad

Microwave grated carrots and minced garlic in 1/4 cup water until crisp-tender.
Drain and toss with lemon juice, olive, salt, red pepper flakes and parsley.


2.Healthy Multi-Colour Salad:
Multi colour salad

Chop carrots, cucumber, green peas, tomatoes, onion leaves and toss them well with a pinch of salt, white pepper powder and a spoonful of olive oil. Garnish with lettuce and serve.

3. Cucumber Orange Salad:
Cucumber-Orange salad

Slowly peel the skin of orange slices and decorate it on tray, now finely cut cucumber in slices and decorate it in on the same tray.
Add some lemon juice, chat masala and olive oil to it.
Garnish it with chopped coriander powder and enjoy healthy.

4. Healthy and Tasty Fruit Salad:

Chopped cucumber, diced papaya, peeled oranges and dressed pomegranate sauted with pinch of rock salt and drops of olive oil and mixed well to form a wonderful tasty tongue watering salad, which can be enjoyed post breakfast or as brunch.
