Paneer Pasinda (startter)


                                                    PANEER PASINDA
                                        (POTATOES STUFFED IN PANEER)

Ingredients:

Paneer cut in long rectangular slices(12-14 sclices).
Potatoes boiled and mashed (2).
Coriander leaves for garnish and for stuffing.
Salt to taste.
Cheese grated (2 teaspoons)
Black pepper powder (1 teaspoon).
Butter and Oil.
Sooji (3-4 Table spoons).
Besan or cornflour (3-4 Table spoons).
Rice flour (1 Table spoons(SOS)).

Procedure:

Take a neat bowl add mashed potatoes to it,salt,black pepper powder,butter,grated cheese coriander leaves and mix it properly, ( to give it a tangy taste can add few drops of lemon juice). Now this batter has to be sandwiched between panner slices and set aside.
Now place a non-stick pan on stove and add little oil to it once oil gets heated shallow fry the sandwiches and keep aside.
Now take a clean bowl add besan to it little salt and little rice flour to it( rice flour gives crispyness) and water and prepare a thin batter dip the sandwiches and then in sooji and again fry it again in oil. Now garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot with tomato sauce.
