Instant Rawa Idli

INGREDIENTS:
Semolina / Rawa Suji (1 cup).
Yogurt (1 cup).
Water (1/2 cup).
Mitha soda (1/2 tsp).
Oil (1 TBs).
Salt to taste.

PROCEDURE:
Roast rawa suji and allow it to cool.
Now add yogurt, water and soda mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Grease bowl with oil and pour batter into them.
Steam idlis and check after 10 minutes, if they are cooked.
Serve with chutney and enjoy instant rawa idli.
