LASSI(Butter Milk)
Jo maan mein phasi
Ingredients:
Curd( 200gms Tablespoons of curd for 2 glass of lassi).
Water(250ml of chilled water).
Ginger paste(1/5th of a Tablespoon).
Salt to taste(better tastes with rock salt).
Sugar (1/2 teaspoon).
Black pepper powder(1/4 teaspoon).
Lemon juice(1 teaspoon).
Pudina leaves a pinch(chopped 4-5 leaves).
Procedure:
Take a neat jug and add curd, ginger paste, salt, sugar, blackpepper powder,lemon juice and churn it well with dal beated, so that no lumps ar formed now add water to it and churn it well till foam floats above the curd then mix it well with the help of a glass and jug by shifting from one to another then add little amount of pudina leaves and serve it in two glasess and garnish it with pudina leaves.
Tip:
Just to enchance the taste of lassi u can even add Gulaabras or Roohafza instead of sugar.
