RESHMI PANEER
Its a thick creamy gravy item which once placed in mouth just melts off.
Ingredients:
Paneer(250gms) cut into cubes.
Onions(1 big or 2 small)ground to paste.
Green chilles(1-2) ground to paste.
Ginger-garlic paste(1TBs).
Charmagaz (melon seeds) ground to paste (1TBs).
Garam masala powder(1tbs), salt to taste, sugar(1 tbs).
Oil (2 TBs)and ghee(1tbs).
Coriander powder(1tbs), coriander leaves for garnish.
Curd(2 TBs).
Procedure:
Place a non-stick pan on stove and add oil to it,once the oil gets heated add all the paste(onion,green chillies,ginger-garlic,charmagaz) fry it till the batter turn to golden brown in colour, add little salt, sugar and garam masala powder to it and fry well till oil leaves the batter and walls of pan. Now once the its fried add little water to it and mix well add curd and close the lid and allow it to cook in simmer. Now once it gets to boil add neatly dices paneer to it. Allow it to cook in simmer and add little amount of ghee to it and put off the stove. Garnish and serve it with rice or paratha.
