CHATPATA PANEER
Tangy finger licking paneer starter which enchances your tastebuds made of capsicum and cottage cheese.
INGREDIENTS:
Paneer cut to cubical pieces(300gms).
Capsicum cut into cubical pieces(2).
Onion diced(1 big ).
Tomatoes(1 big chopped).
Whole garam masala( cinnamon, clove, cardamom).
Dry red chilly(1-2).
Hing(asfotedia) a pinch.
Oil (2 teaspoons)
Salt, sugar, red chilli powder and blackpepper powder to taste.
PROCEDURE:
Heat oil in a non-stick pan or kadai, once the oil gets heated add whole garam masala, hing and then add onions, capsicum, tomatoes, salt and sugar and fry them golden brown now add paneer cubes and fry them and now add red chilli powder and black pepper powder respectively and fry them propoerly (do not add water) stir continuously so that it doesn't get burnt once cooked serve it and enjoy tangy chatpata paneer.
